A novella in the Empyrean series
Threshing Day is Rebecca Yarros new short book in the Empyrean series. Rebecca announced on her Instagram that she wanted to surprise her readers with something, while she is writing the fourth Fourth Wing book.
Threshing Day – a collection of threshing stories
The book is a collection of thirteen stories when some of our favorite characters bonded with their dragons during the most important day of the year at Basgiath. Xaden’s story from when he bonded with Sgaeyl will be included.
Release date
The novella is gong to be released September 29 in the US and Rebecca refers to her website for copies outside the US. The first edition will have full color art pieces included. Preorder yours via Amazon affiliate link here!

Rebecca has aslo confirmed that this is NOT the fourth book in the Fourth Wing series that she is currently writing. This is a bonus novella and we will get more information about the fourth book in the future.
